The 3rd Act

Your first act was learning.
Your second act was performing.

The third act is choosing how your expertise shapes what comes next.

The 3rd Act Business Lab

Turning decades of expertise into a sustainable advisory, consulting or coaching practice

There comes a point in many careers where something shifts.

You’ve spent years building experience, solving complex problems, and navigating organisations that often move slower than they should.

You know what works.
You know what doesn’t.

And you may find yourself thinking:

There must be a better way to do meaningful work from here.

Many experienced professionals reach this point and begin exploring advisory, consulting, or coaching work.

But turning expertise into a business can feel unclear.

Where do you start?
What do you actually sell?
How do clients find you?

The Third Act Business Lab is designed to answer those questions.
