Life Lessons

I was musing on some #lifeslessons the other day and reflecting on what I often call my 'snakes and ladders' career, and some-what volatile rollercoaster of a life.

It struck me that for all the disruption, change and volatility of the last couple of decades there are some clear constants.

You can always chose to seek joy.

You can usually control more than you think.

This is conditional on embracing change and disruption.

And taking the time to rest when you can.

Mindset matters.

Thoughts? Fellow rollercoaster riders -- what have you learnt?
