Question Change

QUESTION CHANGE.

Sounds heretical from someone who makes a living helping leaders to introduce change?

Not really.

For change to be successful many questions must be asked.

Why this change?
Why now?
Is it the right change?
How might we improve this change?

It’s better to pause or shelve the change if you don’t have good answers than to push ahead with poorly thought through change.

That is not the legacy you want to leave.
